All professions that are members of the CNAVPL (National Old-Age Insurance Fund for Liberal Professions) are concerned: dental surgeons and midwives, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, podiatrists, speech therapists and orthoptists, veterinarians, general insurance agents, chartered accountants, and statutory auditors, judicial and public officers, pharmacists, architects, certified architects, engineers, technicians, surveyors, experts, advisors, consultants, notaries.

Only lawyers are not affected (they are not affiliated with the CNAVPL).

Daily Allowances are paid for 90 days, after a waiting period of only 3 days.

This reform is an amendment to the PLFSS 2021 (Social Security Financing Bill). To learn more about the details of calculating contributions and Daily Allowance payments, refer to the text of the PLFSS 2021.

The Observation: brokers and wealth managers want to act efficiently and quickly… starting this July and before the end of the year!

To be able to offer better guarantees to their clients now, thanks to regulatory developments, while optimizing rates.

A demand focused on training and, above all, mastering digital tools, with the concrete objective of:

  • Perform a rapid diagnosis.
  • Assist and support the advisory duty.
  • Offer automated medical underwriting.

Smooth and easily accessible digital journeys, addressing all these needs and perfectly suited for CGP advisors who are 'non-experts'
