DIGITAL INSURE has two activities: the distribution of insurance products (via an offer comparison marketplace) and Services (third-party management under white label for banks or insurance companies).

As part of its growth, Digital Insure is seeking a Digital Project Manager, reporting to the Digital Studies and Solutions Department, to address the evolving needs of its partners and integrate new ones.

This permanent position is based in Paris and is available immediately.

Master’s degree (Bac+5) and 10 years of experience required.

Manage IT projects

    • Lead B2C and B2B solution implementation projects, involving the creation of digital HMI (Human-Machine Interface) journeys and/or APIs, enabling our partners to implement such journeys.
    • Oversee project management from pre-study to production launch (defining the project plan: scope, schedule, cost estimates; coordinating contributor actions; communicating project progress, monitoring indicators; facilitating committees and change management workshops).
    • Act as the interface between Business teams (external or internal) and internal teams, ensuring communication with stakeholders.
    • Analyze needs and design solutions in close collaboration with technical architects and development teams.

Propose solutions for internal and external partner needs, considering business challenges and implementation resources.

Coordinate new projects/needs and requests for evolutionary maintenance of solutions.

Develop detailed functional specifications or user stories.

Ensure the overall functional consistency of solutions.

Contribute to enriching the functional knowledge base of the company’s solutions.

Qualify anomalies identified by operations, projects, or internal and external users.

Prepare functional configuration operations for applications.

Assist the Validation team in designing and implementing testing tools and analyzing results.

Ensure the quality of deliverables.

    • Perform pre-qualification of solutions delivered by IT teams,
    • Validate the testing strategy established by the validation team.
    • Contribute to and monitor acceptance testing campaigns.

Support change management.

Compétences requises

  • Significant experience as a project manager or functional analyst in the insurance sector: mainly in Provident/Personal Protection and/or Borrower’s Insurance; knowledge of P (Property Casualty) insurance would be a plus.
  • Significant experience in Build projects and the implementation of digital journeys as a project manager or functional analyst.
  • Knowledge of V-cycle and Agile project management methodologies.
  • Technical background desired (SQL knowledge, knowledge of recent web and digital environments and technologies).
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools.
