Je souhaite résilier mon contrat

La loi du 16 août 2022 dite « Loi sur le pouvoir d’achat » permet au consommateur de résilier un contrat par « voie électronique » que ce soit un contrat de téléphonie, d’internet ou d’assurance.

Chacune des rubriques du formulaire devra être complétée et une page récapitulative de votre demande de résiliation vous sera ensuite présentée afin que vous puissiez vérifier et modifier, le cas échéant, les informations fournies.

Après avoir adressé votre formulaire de résiliation, les équipes de Digital Insure vous confirmeront par mail sa réception et vous informeront ensuite de la date à laquelle votre adhésion prendra fin et des effets de la résiliation sur votre adhésion.

    Termination

    Please attach the certificate of full repayment issued by the lending institution via registered mail. The termination will take effect on the loan repayment date. Any overpaid contributions will be refunded to you.

    If you have the amendment to the Bank's loan offer, please attach it to this request. After review with the insurer, we will contact you if additional information is required.

    When will my termination take effect?

    • If the effective date indicated on the lender's decision is prior to the date this decision is received by our services, then the termination will take effect after a 10-day period.

    • If the effective date indicated on the lender's decision is subsequent to the date this decision is received by our services, then the termination will take effect on the indicated effective date.

    Upon validation of this form, coverage will cease on the next expiry date (as stated on your insurance certificate), provided that the 2-month notice period before expiry is duly observed.

    The termination request must be notified to us within 30 days from the date of receipt of the expiry notice.
    Coverage ceases on the effective date of termination.

    The termination request must be notified to us within 3 months after the occurrence of this event by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
    The termination takes effect one month after notification. We will refund any overpaid amounts.
