DIGITAL INSURE has two activities: the distribution of insurance products (via an offer comparison marketplace) and Services (third-party management under white label for banks or insurance companies).

As part of its development, DIGITAL INSURE’s IT Department is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician. This experience will allow the successful candidate to participate in the development of a rapidly growing organization.

La mission

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure and Security Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills by carrying out, among other things, the following activities:

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Assist and provide technical support to users in their daily activities
  • Train and advise users on the use of IT tools and best practices
  • Maintain the IT equipment fleet and set up IT hardware
  • Raise user awareness about IT security
  • Participate in securing operating systems
  • Prepare and install workstations
  • Manage the IT equipment fleet to ensure equipment maintenance, monitor inventory, and anticipate renewals
  • Ensure network connections, cable the IT network, and organize the layout of flexible offices
  • Install software approved by the IT Department for users across different sites
  • Prepare videoconferences
  • Management and maintenance of IP telephony via softphones
  • Draft and update tool usage procedures and technical documentation

Localisation et statut

The position is based in Paris, in the 17th arrondissement.

Apprenticeship or 6-month internship position.

Profil recherché

  • Holding at least a Baccalaureate or professional qualification, you are enrolled in a program delivering a
    post-secondary qualification (Bac +2 level) in IT.
  • You are customer-oriented and possess a strong sense of service. You provide relevant answers to your
    contacts thanks to your listening, interpersonal, and technical skills.
  • You are dynamic and eager to develop your skills, you wish to
    progress and become autonomous in your work.
  • As the company is experiencing strong growth, you will need to demonstrate adaptability and
    flexibility to accomplish your daily evolving tasks. The startup’s DNA is
    inherent to the company.
  • You are meticulous in your work, possess strong writing skills, and have an analytical mindset
    that allows you to methodically solve the problems you encounter.
  • You have a good foundation in technical English, both spoken and written.
