Descriptif du poste

Digital Insure is seeking a Claims Advisor for processing borrower and protection insurance contracts, including those under the Madelin Law.

Within the Medical Underwriting and Claims Department and reporting to the Head of Claims, the Claims Advisor position involves:

Ensuring Claims Management:

Managing benefit requests (including disability and death) in compliance with deadlines:

  • Verifying that the policy coverages apply to the event and assessing liabilities, where applicable;
  • Evaluating or controlling the amount of benefits and settling amounts due to beneficiaries
  • Managing communications with various stakeholders: insured parties, beneficiaries, insurance intermediaries, reinsurers…
  • Processing complaints

Ensuring Client and Partner Satisfaction:

  • Handling client communications with a focus on “client satisfaction”
  • Responding to client and partner requests by phone and through our digital tools, demonstrating diplomacy, insight, and strong listening skills
  • Meeting client satisfaction indicators
  • Contributing to the optimization of the client journey

Contributing to the Smooth Operation of the Department:

  • Ensure good organization and smooth operation of the position.
  • Participating in the drafting of procedures and operating procedures

Formation et expérience

  • The candidate holds a BAC+2 qualification
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in client relations and claims management in borrower insurance and/or protection insurance (Madelin Contracts, Key Person, Family Protection, etc.)
  • A background in law and an interest in the medical field would be a significant advantage
  • Permanent contract position
  • Based in Paris, 1st arrondissement, or in Lyon, 3rd or 6th arrondissement
