Communiqué de presse

Designed for this new partnership between Digital Insure, the leading FinTech in borrower insurance, and Aviva France, a major insurance player, the “Aviva Digital Borrower” offering provides very comprehensive coverage, exceeding the minimums required by banks, and is perfectly integrated into an entirely digital underwriting process.

“We are very pleased with this partnership with Digital Insure, a leading digital-native FinTech. It is a powerful advantage to have its central interface perfectly adapted to our multichannel approach,” states Arthur Chabrol, Deputy CEO of Aviva France. “Our network of agents and brokers will benefit from a 100% digital, agile, and simplified underwriting process that fully integrates advice. This collaboration perfectly aligns with our strategic ambition to acquire new clients through the development of protection insurance.”

Jean Orgonasi, co-founder of Digital Insure: “This new challenge allowed us to combine our technological expertise and our knowledge of borrower insurance to serve Aviva, a renowned player in personal insurance.” Fabrice Couturier, co-founder of Digital Insure adds “We enabled the insurer to implement its strategy in just three months, thereby limiting its operational risk. We are now going further and working on Aviva’s entire multichannel journey.”

Key strengths of the Aviva Digital Borrower offering

  1. Ability to offer pricing with variable or constant premiums and to set different coverage percentages per guarantee.

2. Comprehensive and flexible optional coverage:

  • Options offered to regulated medical, paramedical, and independent professions (IPT + and IPP +) *
  • For these professions, disability is covered from a rate of 16%
  • Under the IPT+ and IPP+ coverage, the disability rate is assessed based on the best scale (professional or functional) and not according to a combined scale.

3. In the event of therapeutic part-time work, the benefit is paid at 50% for a period of 12 months (compared to a maximum of 6 months for most market offerings)

4. A “serenity” option covers psychological/back conditions, without hospitalization requirements

*IPT Total Permanent Disability, IPP Partial Permanent Disability
