Wholesale broker, Digital Insure provides distributor brokers (generalist brokers, specialized brokers, web players) with exclusive borrower and provident insurance offers tailored to their clients’ profiles (self-employed, key individuals, high-risk profiles with firearms, high-level athletes, etc.), digital comparison and subscription journeys, accessible directly or exposed via API, and high-quality service in contract management.


Digital Insure Services, a managing broker, offers Insurers, Mutuals, and Banks support in their strategic digital transformation projects, through technological solutions or innovative projects, and manages their white-label contracts.


Digital Insure is a member of the first cohort of French Tech 120 and participates in several finance and insurance collectives.

Descriptif du poste

Digital Insure is seeking a claims manager to handle borrower insurance and individual protection policies for professionals (Self-employed under Madelin law, Key Person Guarantee, Cross-Shareholder Agreement) and for individuals (Family Protection, Inheritance Tax Coverage).

Our claims management teams are based in Paris, Nantes and Lyon.

We currently have 7 team members.

Our Purpose: “To support each insured individual through life’s difficult moments by offering personalized assistance when their coverage is invoked, while respecting the contract and the insurer-insured relationship.”

Vos missions

Within the Operational Excellence Department – Risk Selection and Benefits Department, the Claims / Benefits Manager assumes the following responsibilities:

  • Manage insureds’ claims files from opening to closing, in compliance with commitments and deadlines
  • Process compensation requests, analyze coverage, and evaluate benefits
  • Ensure regular and transparent communication with insureds, beneficiaries, and insurance companies
  • Work closely with our administrative teams, medical advisors, and insurance partners
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of our claims management and compensation processes.

Compétences requises

With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance field:

  • Proven experience in claims management for borrower insurance and/or individual protection
  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to personal insurance
  • Active listening skills and developed empathy to support insureds during difficult times
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service
  • Thoroughness, organization, and versatility to manage diverse files
  • Excellent writing skills to draft clear and concise reports
  • Team spirit and ability to work autonomously
  • Analytical skills and ability to make quick decisions

Formation et expérience

  • Higher education in law, insurance, or management (minimum two years of post-secondary education).
  • Proven experience in a similar position within a brokerage firm, an insurance company, or a protection organization
