La mission
Key responsibilities include:
- Management of member mail and document digitization: scanning and indexing.
- Processing and dispatching outgoing mail.
- Archive management, including reproduction of mail or documents in large volumes.
- Processing of undelivered mail.
Votre rôle
- You will provide advice and support to partners.
- You will assist brokers and clients within a market-leading digital environment.
- You will contribute to improving the customer journey and optimizing procedures and IT tools.
