Within the Client Relations and Memberships department, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients and partners. You will provide quality advice and support via phone, email, or chat for the registration and validation of membership applications, the management of
after-sales operations, and claims management. You will assist brokers and clients alike within a unique digital environment in the market, and contribute to providing them with unparalleled service quality. As a senior professional, you will contribute to improving the customer journey, optimizing procedures, and IT tools.
