In the context of lockdown and the closure of certain health centers, a large number of clients cannot physically undergo the medical examinations required to obtain their borrower insurance.
A growing increase in changes to loan effective dates is also being observed, due to extended processing times for applications by banks and some clients’ desire to postpone real estate projects.<\/p>

In agreement with its insurer and reinsurer partners*, Digital Insure has implemented an exceptional and unprecedented simplification of procedures intended for end-clients and the brokers who support them.<\/p>

1\/ For the client<\/strong> :<\/strong> elimination of medical visits to health centers
The client provides the medical information in their possession. Digital Insure’s medical department makes a decision based on this and may request additional information (latest reports from specialist doctors or hospitalization, most recent assessments performed), as well as a sworn medical statement (in compliance with Article L113-8 of the Insurance Code).
The client has a fully secure personal space on the 100% digital Multinet platform, which allows them to confidentially upload and submit all documents directly, and thus obtain their insurance remotely.<\/p>

2\/ For the client and the broker<\/strong> :<\/strong> postponement of the insurance effective date possible at any time. Thanks to the digital process, the insurance effective date can be modified in a few clicks, even for contracts already signed or currently being subscribed.
Thanks to the full mobilization and availability of Digital Insure’s 100% remote-working teams, service to clients and brokers is further enhanced. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
