Paris, February 9, 2017.<\/strong> Creator and leader in digital borrower insurance, BPSIs – Naoassur has offered its broker partners since its creation in 2013 a complete online borrower insurance subscription process, integrating automated medical selection and efficient digital interactions. BPSIs-Naoassur today confirms its strategy of supporting its partners by offering them a simple and fast digital process for modifying policies after the file has been signed. <\/p>

Autonomy and speed: brokers surveyed in 2016 are unanimous that these are the two key elements for success in distributing borrower insurance products*. On these two criteria, BPSIs-Naoassur has achieved very high satisfaction levels among partner brokers, reaching 95%. During the same survey, brokers then expressed their future needs: to go further than the subscription process and also have control over policy modification operations. <\/p><\/div><\/div>

The file is complete, the subscription documents signed: for the intermediary, the policy is finalized; all that remains is to await the effective date of the coverage for the policy to become active. However, what if one of the elements of the file needs to be changed as soon as possible? No difficulty, and no need to wait 24 or 48 hours to obtain the modified file. In a few minutes, the broker can make all necessary modifications themselves, with complete simplicity. Do some modified documents need to be signed again? The insured is notified and guided through the signing process. Throughout the process, if the broker wonders about the next step, an Assistant accompanies them at all times. <\/p><\/div><\/div>

Whether during the subscription stage or policy modification, the Assistant ensures that the broker and the insured take the most direct path and benefit from the best of the digital journey.<\/p>

Regardless of the complexity of the subscription, the broker is automatically accompanied by the Assistant, who will guide them and unfold the expected actions step by step.<\/p>

They expressed this in the July 2016 quality survey, and on this point, BPSIs Naoassur also offers an evolution: the Assistant guarantees reassuring and educational support, particularly in medical formalities and file signing. <\/p>
