Digital Insure partners with the Ile de France region and joins the “Solidarity Real Estate Guarantee” scheme.<\/div>

As a reminder: The objective of this scheme is to assist first-time buyers in Ile-de-France*, who are subject to a premium surcharge on their borrower insurance due to their so-called “aggravated” health condition (cancer, HIV, and certain chronic diseases). <\/span><\/i>The institutions signing this Solidarity Real Estate Guarantee commit to managing the contracts without additional fees and at the normal rate.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

Since its launch in 2015, the insurtech Digital Insure has been working to promote the accessibility and simplicity of subscribing to borrower and provident insurance products. Digital Insure thus contributes to making real estate loans accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of each individual’s personal or professional situation. <\/span><\/p>

In 2020, Digital Insure chose to go further by creating a subsidiary dedicated to Special Risks (DIRIS), in order to provide a tailored solution for borrowers with aggravated health risks. <\/span><\/p>

DIRIS uniquely combines the power of digital technology and the expertise of specialists well-versed in the tools and protocols related to the AERAS Convention (Insuring and Borrowing with an Aggravated Health Risk). <\/span><\/p>

It is therefore natural that Digital Insure today commits to the “Solidarity Real Estate Guarantee” scheme to further facilitate the realization of life projects for individuals and entrepreneurs in the Ile-de-France Region. Thus, Digital Insure’s entire partnership ecosystem (credit brokers, insurance brokers, and partner distributors) will act collectively within this scheme in favor of first-time buyers in Ile-de-France with an aggravated health risk. <\/span><\/p>

Alia Noura, Customer Experience Director at Digital Insure, states, “<\/span>particularly proud to have participated in this initiative, which makes credit accessible to the widest possible audience and eliminates discrimination against individuals with aggravated health risks.<\/span><\/i>“<\/p>

The Solidarity Real Estate Guarantee is endowed with a regional guarantee fund of 3.7 million euros, which complements the AERAS convention (Insuring and Borrowing with an Aggravated Health Risk).<\/span><\/p>
