Awaited by many brokerage and insurance stakeholders, the anytime cancellation, known as “Intra-year Cancellation” (RIA), is now effective!<\/strong> The last major component of the Lemoine Law to be applied, this allows borrowers, since September 1st, to request a cancellation of their current mortgage insurance and to turn to alternative borrower insurance solutions that are less expensive and offer more comprehensive coverage<\/strong>… and this without any anniversary date constraint.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
