Digital Insure is part of the Personal Insurance Division of the Od\u00e9alim group, which currently comprises 150 employees and rapidly developing companies (Digital Insure, L\u2019Assureur Cr\u00e9dit, Valorama) that market and manage B2B, B2B2C, and B2C Borrower Insurance and Personal Protection solutions.<\/p>


The Risk and Claims Department is central to the performance of Digital Insure, a managing broker that also handles memberships and contracts on behalf of 14 different insurers, with a strong commitment to quality and adherence to obligations.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As Director of Risk Selection and Claims.<\/strong><\/p>

  • You manage the three teams that constitute the Department: Medical Underwriting, the “Expert Hub” (a team dedicated to analyzing aggravated risks or high-capital cases), and Claims.<\/li>
  • You possess strong technical expertise in medical and financial risk selection for Borrower Insurance and individual Personal Protection (for individuals and self-employed professionals), as well as a strategic vision for each business line.<\/li>
  • You facilitate understanding of Risk Selection challenges within the Group and will provide a technical framework for business development.<\/li>
  • As an essential pillar of operational excellence, you support General Management and other business teams in strategic decisions related to Risk Selection and Claims.<\/li><\/ul>

    Directly reporting to Digital Insure’s Operational Excellence Department, you ensure the effective management of Risk Selection activities and claims processing, in compliance with expected service quality, internal procedures, and the regulatory framework.<\/p>

    Department Leadership<\/strong><\/p>

    • You manage the three teams that constitute the Department, based in two locations, Paris and Lyon (20 people):
      • The Medical Underwriting team (including 2 medical advisors),<\/li>
      • The “Expert Hub,” a team dedicated to analyzing aggravated risks or high-capital
        cases<\/li>
      • Claims.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • You provide a strategic vision and direction<\/li>
      • You challenge processes and tools with a focus on simplicity and pragmatism<\/li>
      • You determine the means and resources required for delivery<\/li>
      • You analyze data to improve decision-making<\/li>
      • On Risk-related topics, you are the primary contact for General Management and partner insurers in their dealings with Digital Insure, particularly during audits or training sessions.<\/li><\/ul>

        Risk Selection Management<\/strong><\/p>

        • Direct management of the underwriting team (9 employees \u2013 2 medical advisors \u2013 across 2 sites, Lyon and Paris)<\/li>
        • Work in conjunction with the business expert (guarantor of processes \u2013 rules and delegations)<\/li>
        • Service Organization<\/li>
        • Performance Monitoring<\/li>
        • Organization of Underwriter Skill Development<\/li>
        • Final level validation for technical decision-making on cases<\/li>
        • Management of the “Expert Hub,” a team dedicated to selecting VIP \/ high-capital risks,
          Aggravated Risks.<\/li><\/ul>

          • Management of the Claims Manager (claims processing)<\/li>
