Digital Insure is seeking a Claims Advisor for processing borrower and protection insurance contracts, including those under the Madelin Law.<\/strong><\/p>

Within the Medical Underwriting and Claims Department and reporting to the Head of Claims, the Claims Advisor position involves:<\/p>

Ensuring Claims Management<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>

Managing benefit requests (including disability and death) in compliance with deadlines:<\/p>

  • Verifying that the policy coverages apply to the event and assessing liabilities, where applicable;<\/li>
  • Evaluating or controlling the amount of benefits and settling amounts due to beneficiaries<\/li>
  • Managing communications with various stakeholders: insured parties, beneficiaries, insurance intermediaries, reinsurers…<\/li>
  • Processing complaints<\/li><\/ul>

    Ensuring Client and Partner Satisfaction<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Handling client communications with a focus on “client satisfaction”<\/li>
    • Responding to client and partner requests by phone and through our digital tools, demonstrating diplomacy, insight, and strong listening skills<\/li>
    • Meeting client satisfaction indicators<\/li>
    • Contributing to the optimization of the client journey<\/li><\/ul>

        • A background in law and an interest in the medical field would be a significant advantage<\/li>
        • Permanent contract position<\/li>
