  • Contract Management<\/strong>: Ensure comprehensive administrative follow-up of protection insurance contracts (subscription, modification, termination), ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance. Be able to process and respond to claims.<\/li>
  • Client Relationship<\/strong>: Be the primary contact for our policyholders, answer their questions, advise them, and assist them with their procedures, particularly regarding loan insurance and individual protection insurance.<\/li>
  • Technical Expertise<\/strong>: Master the specificities of Madelin contracts and provide technical expertise on the tax and social aspects related to protection insurance, as well as on the guarantees related to loan insurance.<\/li>
  • Collaboration<\/strong>: Work in close collaboration with the commercial, technical, and legal teams to ensure client satisfaction.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Experience<\/strong>: Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, ideally gained within an insurance company or a managing broker. Significant experience in loan insurance is highly valued.<\/li>
    • Technical Skills<\/strong>: Proficiency in IT tools (CRM, contract management), in-depth knowledge of the taxation of Madelin contracts, protection insurance schemes, and guarantees related to loan insurance.<\/li>
    • Interpersonal Skills<\/strong>: Excellent communication skills, active listening, empathy.<\/li>
    • Rigor and Organization<\/strong>: Ability to manage a significant contract portfolio and meet deadlines.<\/li>
